Please Note:

There is a £30 fee for every prescription issued and it will take a minimum of 48hrs to process.

  

Once your request form is submitted, you will receive an invoice to settle prior to the prescription being issued. Your prescription will be sent out to you or your pharmacy as requested. You will then need to collect your prescription from the pharmacy. 

 

To continue receiving repeat prescriptions, and to fulfil our duty of care, you will need to be seen annually for a review consultation.
