Miss Madhvani treats women with a wide range of gynaecological conditions, including ovarian cysts, fibroids, menstrual disorders, abnormal bleeding, pelvic pain, and complex early pregnancy complications.

She uses advanced ultrasound techniques to provide contemporaneous diagnosis and guide personalised treatment plans. She performs 3D ultrasound scanning and offers a full range of treatment options, including minimally invasive surgical approaches.

Background

Miss Madhvani graduated from St George's Hospital in 2004. She became a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in 2011.
​
She is a Consultant at St Mary's Hospital, where she works within the Fibroid team, managing complex cases and contributing to specialist multidisciplinary care.
​
She has completed two prestigious fellowships. The first in Minimal Access Gynaecology at the Dorset Endometriosis Centre, where she trained in advanced laparoscopic techniques. The second in Gynaecological and Early Pregnancy Ultrasound at the Gynaecology Diagnostic and Treatment Unit at UCLH one of the UK’s leading centres for gynaecological ultrasound.

This unique combination of advanced surgical and ultrasound training enables her to diagnose and manage complex gynaecological and early pregnancy conditions with precision and expertise.

Miss Madhvani holds a PhD investigating the national uptake of laparoscopic hysterectomy and developing predictive models for complications in women undergoing hysterectomy. Her research reflects her commitment to improving surgical outcomes and advancing standards of care in gynaecology.
